DAVID GETZIN

(Owner, Design Lead)

David is a designer and architectural historian with a master’s in design studies from the Harvard Graduate School of Design (class of 2011) after working with Apple Inc in Chicago and Cupertino. He has worked closely with noted Architect and author Christopher Alexander, developer of the Pattern Language and Form Language methods. After working with design firms in the New York area, he has co-authored with Bryan Mock “Method Shapes Morphology” a case study peer-reviewed and published by PURPLSOC, 2017. David's podcast laid groundwork for applied method that he shared in teaching students in the Sorrento Design Program, design instruction in Italy.

After designing several projects, including offices and a family home in Iowa, he relocated to South Pasadena, California, where he manages an office.

 

DANA LADD

(Architectural and Urban Designer)

Dana is a designer and artist, from Westlake Village California, with a BArch from Woodbury University, and has attended Architecture courses in Vienna, Bulgaria, and Macedonia.  She has over 15 years of Architecture experience, and works alongside her family’s interior design business. Her first job was at Aaron’s Architects, working for Ron Aaron’s, the Architect of The Westlake Village Inn, and The Stonehaus, places that she enjoyed most in her hometown. After working with Ron Aaron and other firms such as Nadel Architects, Johnson Fain Architects, GKK Works, and CM Peck Engineering, she has met David from his podcast in Architecture.

Dana has since been working with David on various projects, and has relocated to Versailles to manage LP LLC’s France office.

 

MOHD. FAIZ IQBAL

(Senior Architectural Designer & BIM Manager)

Faiz is an Architecture Designer and Town/Country Planner having both B.Arch and M.Arch in Architecture & Planning. He has extensive experience in various Architecture, Interior, and Town Planning projects. Faiz has held positions such as Head of Department - Architecture and Planning, Senior Architect, and Senior Specialist Design at various firms. He has joined LP to contribute his expertise. His work including in the US for residential, commercial, transportation, town planning, and interior projects, along with experience in Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD), and Construction Documents (CD) sets. Faiz brings robust knowledge in BIM and detailed drawings, as well as directing architecture departments in Urban Planning, to the team.

 

PEDRO PRECIADO

(Architectural Designer)

Pedro Graduated with a BArch degree from ASU, before his venture working with Living Process since 2023. His years of experience with Design, and Engineering firms, gives him a well-rounded grasp on making critical design decisions, and working with MEP/HVAC drawings. His work with LP most often includes 3D modeling for residential design, and permit plan preparations. He has familiarized himself with city planning, and code research and analysis, and enjoys various Architectural styles, and Architecture Theory.
